Ordering & Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with household members or your local carrier before contacting us.
Standard shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Singapore, and most European countries typically takes 3–6 business days in transit after shipment.
Orders shipped to remote or special locations (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses) may require additional transit time.
We ship from our warehouses located in the United States (California, Georgia), Canada (Montreal), the United Kingdom (Edinburgh), Germany (Hamburg), Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Orders are fulfilled from the nearest available warehouse whenever possible. If an item is out of stock locally, it may be shipped from another location.

To better serve our customers, we will ship customer orders from the nearest warehouse and, if some warehouses are short of stock, from other warehouses.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unused and uninstalled products within the return window stated on our Returns Policy page. Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Please contact our customer support team(service@commomy.com )with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Our tiles are designed to replicate the look and feel of real materials using 3D embossed textures. While highly realistic, they are not made of actual stone or brick.
Commomy peel and stick wall tiles are made from high-quality PVC material, offering durability, flexibility, and lightweight installation.
If samples are available for your selected product, we highly recommend ordering one to see the color and texture in your own space before placing a full order.
Installation & Surfaces
Our tiles adhere best to smooth, clean, dry, and flat surfaces such as painted drywall, glass, metal, and sealed surfaces.
We do not recommend installation on rough, textured, dusty, oily, or freshly painted walls, as adhesion may be affected.
Adhesion issues are usually caused by unsuitable surfaces, dust, grease, moisture, or uneven walls.
Please make sure the surface is clean, dry, smooth, and fully prepared before installation.

Yes, our tiles are designed for easy, renter-friendly removal. To remove them without damaging the wall, we recommend using a hair dryer to gently heat the corner of the tile. This softens the adhesive, allowing you to slowly peel it back from one corner. While designed for a clean finish, some mild adhesive residue may remain depending on the wall's condition, which can be easily wiped away.

Yes, our peel and stick tiles are a popular choice for renters due to their easy installation and removability.
When removed properly, most walls remain intact. However, wall condition, paint quality, and surface preparation can affect removal results.
Yes, our tiles can be installed behind stoves, provided there is a minimum distance of 12 inches (30cm) between the tiles and the direct heat source or open flame.
However, they are not recommended for use inside fireplaces, on stovetops, or in any area with direct flame exposure. Maintaining this safety clearance ensures the longevity of the adhesive and the beauty of the tiles.
