Shipping Policy

We are happy to offer international shipping to our customers, but please note that any tariffs, taxes, or import fees that may be levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and will be charged separately by the customs office in the destination country.We recommend that customers familiarize themselves with their country s customs policies before placing an order to avoid any unexpected fees or delays in delivery.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts
- Processing time
Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.
*During periods of high order volume or international holidays, processing and/or delivery times may take slightly longer than normal. we are committed to making sure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
- Shipping time
This refers to the time that it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.We try to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Standard shipping to the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, Canada, Ireland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Portugal, Netherlands and Singapore usually takes 5-7 business days in transit.
*Kindly note that orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, Army Post Office, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses require longer transit time.
*We have warehouses in the following countries and regions: USA—California, Georgia, Canada -Montreal, UK—Edinburgh, Germany—Hamburg, Singapore, and Hong Kong. To better serve our customers, we will ship customer orders from the nearest warehouse and, if some warehouses are short of stock, from other warehouses.
Shipping fee
Standard shipping to the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, and Singapore for free.
Standard shipping for Canada, Ireland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Portugal, Netherlands is 4.99USD.
*Countries not listed on this page must pay $14.90 USD for shipping.
The Logistics Provider
We offer a variety of shipping methods available, and in order to get the package to you faster, we will automatically assign efficient logistics providers according to the region.
In USA, we work with UPS, USPS and FEDEX,etc.
In Canada, we work with Canada Post, UNIUNI, etc.
In the UK, we work with Yodel, Royal Mail, Hermes,etc.
In Australia, we work with Australia Post,etc.
For other countries, please feel free to contact us.

Modify or cancel the order
If you decide to cancel or edit your order, you should immediately notify us via email(service@commomy.com ). Once your order has shipped, it cannot be edited or canceled. For details, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy
Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with details about the items in the package, a tracking number, and a link to the shipping company website. To track your package, click on the link provided.
Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company some time to update the shipment status, and your tracking link may not work immediately. In the event of any unsuccessful delivery, you will also be notified by email.
If you do not receive your package, please contact us within 30 days of your order date. Our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours. Please note overdue requests not be accepted.
