  • Introduction:

We want you to be happy with your purchase, we want you to love what you’ve bought as much as we’ve loved getting it to you. But We also understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 30-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

  • Return condition:

※Change your order:

If you need to change your order, please inform us within 24 hours of purchasing your order. Once 24 hours have passed, the order cannot be edited and changed. Need to be processed following the Returns & Refunds Policy

※Cancel your order:

If you decide to cancel your order, we will provide you with a full refund if the order has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, returns and refunds will follow the process. (A 15% restocking fee is required.)

※Returns & Refunds:

If you receive the products you ordered and decide to return them, please note, the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

*The following items are final sale and can not be returned: samples, accessories, and clearance promotion items.

*Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that the shipping fee must be covered by the customer, unless the original products are defective.  

The below conditions are not quality issues:  

(a) Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal preference do not constitute quality issues;

Our product pictures are actual pictures. All photography on all pages is for representation only. Please note that the tile photographed may appear to have a slightly different hue on a screen due to screen resolution, color settings, and a variety of other factors.

(b) Damages due to use, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors do not constitute quality issues.

  • Returns procedure:

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must initially inform us of your intention to return, as follow:

Step 1: Please contact Customer Service, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. If there are quality issues, please provide images of said item(s). Please email service@commomy.com, reply within 24 hours;

Step 2: Please mail back your item(s) according to return instructions from our service team;

*Please note, that you have 7 business days to ship your return from the date the return shipping label was sent to you, otherwise, the return will expire and will not be refunded.

Step 3: All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Credit will not be issued for any items returned to us broken. It is imperative that the returned products are packaged well - our products are extremely fragile. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received. After we receive your item at our warehouse and inspect it, we will issue the corresponding refund to the original payment account or credit card based on your communication with our service team.

※Please note:

*Any product returned to the wrong address will be considered not received and no refund will be granted.

*Items can be returned to our designated warehouse by our cooperating shipper within 30 days. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should bear the shipping cost. The specific cost will be determined by the logistics situation. After receiving your return, we will charge a 15% restocking fee from your credit card.

*Please note, after 30 days past the date of delivery, the order is considered closed and a return cannot be authorized.

*If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee and other fees for this reason. Please note that you need to provide us with pictures of the products you receive. If no pictures are provided, they will not be processed.

*If the tile is damaged during installation or installed incorrectly by the customer or customer’s installer, Commomy is not responsible for returns, exchanges, or refunds of any kind.

*If the tile arrived damaged during shipping, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify us before installation and file a claim. If the damaged tiles were still used during installation, Commomy is not responsible for returns, exchanges, or refunds of any kind as a damage claim should have been filed prior to installation. Installation of material constitutes acceptance.

*Commomy Decor is not responsible for lost packages or items that are damaged in return shipping, and therefore strongly suggest you pack all items carefully and track all items when posting.Please include the full name and order number to avoid any delays in processing your refund.

  •  Refunds:

We will refund the price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us unless a prior agreement is reached. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your returned product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of you

  •  Defective or damaged merchandise

We stand behind our products! Commomy Decor will gladly replace wall stickers that are damaged or otherwise made unusable due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage.Please contact us within 30 days of the original purchase to apply for a replacement product. If the time limit is exceeded, the order will be closed and cannot be processed.
